*AN IMPORTANT UPDATE ON RETURNS*
Our physical store is temporarily closed for the national lock down but our online store remains open so you can still treat yourself (or some else!)
We will only be able to complete delivery of your order or offer in-store collection once we reopen.
We have updated our return and exchange policy to 7 days from date of delivery or collection for a full refund or an exchange on full price items and a credit note or exchange on sale items.
If you have any questions regarding delivery, collection, returns or anything else please drop us on email email@example.com, we are available just working from home :)
Returning or exchanging an item is simple:
- Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of making your purchase.
- Please note that sale items cannot be refunded, they can only be returned and exchanged for a credit note.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your purchase to arrange a collection.
- All tags must be still be on the item in order for us to issue a full refund.
- Customers returning items will be charged the appropriate courier rate depending on the area in which they reside.
We will notify you by email when we have received and accepted your return/exchange. We are only able to offer exchanges for different sizes in the same style and colour. Your exchanged item will only be sent out to you when we have received and processed the returned item.
Acceptance of returns or exchanges:
The product you wish to return or exchange must be in exactly the same condition the you received it in, that is new, unworn and unused with all the original packaging and garments attached.
Swimwear: Must be tried on over underwear and with the protective sticker inside the crotch intact. We will not accept swimwear returns without the protective sticker intact or if there any indication that they have been soiled.
Jewellery: We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for pierced earrings.
Shop-Label will not accept any item on return or exchange with any indication that it was used or worn. If we are unable to accept the item we will notify the purchaser and return the item to them.
