1. Senior Full-Time Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Senior Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, confident in client interaction, and genuinely invested in creating lasting relationships with our customers. You’ll play an active role in delivering a premium in-store experience - from styling clients and managing stock to maintaining visual standards and contributing to daily in-store and online operations.

Key Responsibilities

·      Provide an elevated, personalised shopping experience for every client.

·      Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat visits and loyalty.

·      Demonstrate deep product knowledge across all categories — especially contemporary ready-to-wear and designer denim.

·      Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

·      Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards.

·      Support daily operations, including stock receiving, steaming, tagging and stock transfers.

·      Assist with inventory management, online orders and client communication where needed.

·      Stay current on fashion trends, brand stories, and seasonal collections to communicate authentically with clients.

·      Assist with digital tasks where required eg: social media, website updates

 Skills & Attributes

·      Previous retail experience in a premium or contemporary fashion environment preferred.

·      Strong styling ability and a natural eye for fit, fabric, and proportion.

·      Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

·      Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive with strong attention to detail.

·      Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for fashion.

·      Comfortable working to sales targets and thriving in a client-focused setting.

·      Social media experience is advantageous (but not essential)

 Requirements

·      Full-time availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.

·      Previous experience with designer or contemporary fashion brands (denim knowledge a plus).

·      Excellent spoken and written English.

·      Proficiency in basic point-of-sale (POS) systems and stock management procedures.

2. Junior Sales Assistant — Fixed-Term Contract

We are looking for a Junior  Sales Assistant to join our boutique team over the busy holiday season. This fixed-term position is ideal for someone with a love of fashion, strong people skills, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support the team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience during our busiest trading period, ensuring every client feels valued and inspired.

Contract Details

·       Fixed-term contract: 1st December 2025 – 30th January 2025 – there is some flexibility within these dates.

·       Hours: Part-time and must be flexible over weekends and holidays.

·       Location: Constantia Village.

Key Responsibilities

·       Deliver a warm, personalised shopping experience for all customers.

·       Support the team in achieving store sales targets and maintaining service standards.

·       Assist with gift wrapping, replenishment, and stockroom organisation.

·       Maintain exceptional visual presentation and product display standards.

·       Demonstrate knowledge of our brands and assist clients with styling and fit.

·       Process sales efficiently using our POS system and handle customer enquiries.

·       Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store culture during the festive season.

Skills & Attributes

·       Previous retail or fashion experience preferred but not essential.
